Lack of Motivation

Homework not handed into the teacher.

"I don't feel like it."

"I don't care."

"Lazy student.... "

These are just some of the complaints heard prior
to beginning the AIMS / ACES program.
Solution:
Academic Intervention Monitoring System &
Academic Competency Evaluation System

Using the Academic Intervention Monitoring System, AIMS;
and the Academic Competency Evaluation System, ACES;
a collaborative student, parent, teacher motivation and consequences
system is
developed, implemented and monitored for effectiveness.

Improvements in motivation are usually documented by the seventh session.

The system is also useful for developing a more structured home environment
for families who have difficulty setting up consequences and limits for children.

The AIMS / ACES system is a collaborative
family and school program
with feedback and evidence-based improvement
sent by the student's teachers to the parents.

WARNING!
Parents must be motivated to change their child's attitude
since it involves their
active participation!
