Behavior / Cognitive Therapy: Behaviorism is strongly influential on the cognitive-behavior style of therapy practiced. Process notes
maintained at higher than typical documentation levels using the "professional progress notes-revised" templates. Over 100 types of observations
and types of care for on-going and "special concerns" are considered in each therapy session. Highly structured and thoroughly documented
adult and children initial interviews using ChIPS, Children's Interview for Psychiatric Syndromes or the PDI-R, Psychiatric Diagnostic Interview
for Adults.

Rational Hypnotherapy : A logical and rational use of hypnotherapeutic technique to provide relief from anxiety, fear, anger and stress in order
that patients can
be relaxed and calm and benefit from conventional cognitive-behavior therapy sessions

Office Management: Office uses Shrinkrapt software for electronic insurance billing, patient information tracking, treatment note summaries
and patient scheduling. All forms, practices and procedures HIPAA compliant using Federico C. Grosso, DDS, PhD, MFT, BCFE, Board

with severe behavioral and mental health issues.

Outside Medication Consultation - Dr. Foos, Psychiatrist - Provides off-site medication reviews of clients with
severe behavioral and mental health issues.

In-House Telepsychiatry Program - Teleconferencing equipment used with Board Certified Psychiatrist located
at Tri-City Mental Health who provides face-to-face consultation via television monitor.

Bungalows, Duarte- 30 Bed Locked Psychiatric Facility - Only locked facility of its type in California. Exclusively
developed for clients with a developmental disability and severe behavior problems. The 40 staff use
special software "Behavior RADAR" developed by Dr. Stephen Mouton, to record and analyze behavior and make decisions about medications
and behavior modification training and plans.

LPS (Lanterman-Petris-Short) Conservatorship Vendorization Program - Special program developed in response to the lack of response by the
Los Angeles County Public Guardian's Office and difficulty with on-staff Psychiatrists at Psychiatric facilities to initiate LPS conservatorships.

UCLA Fellows at Lanterman Developmental Center collaboration with SG/P Regional Center - Special programs
developed to utilize fellows housed at Lanterman Developmental Center, including running special groups.

Mental Health Pilot Project 2003 - 2007 Department of Mental Health, Arcadia Mental Health, ALMA Family Services, San Gabriel Pomona
Regional Center and Social Model Recovery Systems. Special pilot program to increase mental health service utilization and cooperation by Los
